Common water treatment agent and its application
It is a general term for a class of chemicals used in water treatment. It refers to the chemicals added in the water treatment process in order to remove most of the harmful substances (such as corrosives, metal ions, dirt and microorganisms) in the water and obtain the required civil or industrial water. Water treatment agent is an important category of fine chemical products, with strong specificity. Different purposes and treatment objects require different water treatment agents. The common water treatment agents are: ferrous sulfate heptahydrate, polymerized ferric salt, calcium hydroxide, ferric chloride hexahydrate, bactericide and algicide, scale inhibitor, (cation, anion, non-ion),, iron, ferrous sulfate, etc. It can be roughly divided into the following categories: 1. Corrosion inhibitor 2, 3, 4, 5, flocculant 6, purification agent 7, 8, 9, auxiliary agent Water treatment agent is one of the most widely used special products in water industry, pollution control and water-saving reuse engineering technology, including flocculant, corrosion inhibitor, biocide, etc. it is mainly used to remove suspended solids and toxic substances in water, control the formation of scale and sludge, and reduce the corrosion of water contact materials. It has the functions of deodorization, sterilization, decolorization, softening, stabilizing water quality and seawater. In practical application, we should not only pay attention to the antagonism between the components due to improper combination, so that the effect is reduced or lost, but also make full use of the synergistic effect (the synergistic effect produced by the coexistence of several chemicals) to enhance the efficiency. In addition, most of the water treatment system is open system, there will be a certain amount of emissions, the use of all kinds of water treatment agents to consider the impact on the environment.
